Appointment Policy

Please only book an appointment if you are a new or returning client. For Touch Up and Correction work from any other artist than myself- please contact me directly. If you book an appointment without disclosing previous cosmetic tattoo/Microblading work there is a chance I may not be able to complete your service and there will be a 50% charge for my time.

  • You must be 18 years or older with physical valid ID

  • You can NOT be pregnant or nursing

  • After the service is completed, there are no refunds permitted.

  • Minors are unable to accompany you to your appointment or wait in the waiting room spaces.

Please note that rescheduling your appointment can result in wait times of up to 12 weeks, depending on how far out my schedule is booked at the time of requesting a new appointment date.

Late Policy

There is a 15 minute late policy. Being more than 15 minutes late may result in forfeit of your appointment and subject to a 50% charge of the service booked. A booking fee will be required to book a new appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Clients must cancel their appointment within 48 business hours. Cancelling/No Show with less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled service. If you need to reschedule your appointment you must do so 48 hours before the original date.

Touch Ups

RESCHEDULING IS ONLY COMPLIMENTARY IF THE RESCHEDULED DATE TAKES PLACE WITHIN THE 6-8 WEEK PERIOD FROM YOUR INITIAL APPOINTMENT.
Your first touch up appointment is booked immediately after your first service to ensure that you receive a touch up within 6 - 8 weeks. IF THE RESCHEDULED DATE FALLS AFTER THE INITIAL 6-8 WEEK PERIOD, YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE 12 WEEK - 9 MONTH TOUCH UP PRICING, AND A BOOKING FEE OF $50 WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESERVE YOUR NEW APPOINTMENT DATE (Booking fee will be deducted from the final price of the application).

After the service is completed, there are no refunds permitted.

Payments

Payments are made the day of your appointment. A credit card is required upon booking to hold your appointment. Please read our cancellation policy before booking.

It is highly encouraged during this transitional time to pay with Cash or Venmo if possible. This will help to minimize and touching of screens or cards.

Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover are accepted.

Checks are not accepted

Results

While I pride myself in my extensive look at detail and dedication to each service there are factors out of my control that can effect the outcome. The pre and post care and how the pigment heals into your skin will all contribute to how your healed results will look.​

Extra sessions for touch-ups may be needed to get optimal results. No guarantee is made and it is the client's responsibility to keep up with maintenance to ensure longevity.​
